Learning interactions

The case experience keeps reasoning, placements, selections, and notes in memory in your browser. It does not save them to browser storage or send them to a server. Leaving or reloading the page clears the session.

Exports are created locally when you choose to save or print your reasoning.

Display preferences

If you choose Light or Dark, the site remembers that color-theme preference in your browser’s local storage, under guard-appearance. Choosing System removes the saved preference and follows your device setting.

Turning on Reduce motion saves guard-reduced-motion locally so the choice continues across pages and visits. Turning it off removes that saved choice. Your device’s reduced-motion preference is also respected.

These display preferences are not sent to a server and do not include case notes, placements, or selections. Nothing is saved until you change a setting.

If browser storage is unavailable, you can still change the display settings on the current page.

This version of the site

This version does not include an analytics tracker, an email subscription form, or advertising scripts. The homepage’s example uses ordinary browser controls and does not submit information.

Before public launch

The hosting provider and contact route are still being finalized. Hosting details and any future subscription or analytics services will be described here before those services are enabled.
